transport used only at “either end” of the journey.

The Railhead also caters for raw materials,
food, drink and a wide variety of containerised loads.
Mossend Railhead is adjacent to the Principal
Scottish Marshalling Yard and Eurocentral Terminal. We operate
vehicles up to 44t G.V.W from Eurocentral and operate an “open”
management system which enables ANY operator to use our facilities,
supporting non-modal and inter-modal systems.
